What AWS Bedrock Agents is
Bedrock Agents is AWS's native agent capability: action groups that call your Lambda functions and APIs, knowledge bases for retrieval, and guardrails for content filtering — all running in your AWS account against Bedrock-hosted models. It is a strong, well-engineered set of primitives.

How each one charges you
Bedrock has no platform fee, which makes it look cheapest on paper — but it meters every token and every supporting service, and the control plane is yours to build. MouRio is a fixed annual subscription with no metering, and the studio, registry, approval workflow and audit trail ship with it rather than becoming an internal product you maintain forever.

Agent registry with ownership and lifecycle status, per-agent policy packs, approval and escalation routing, cost and quality observability, and replayable run history. On Bedrock alone, each of these is a project — and then a thing your team maintains forever.
A studio business teams can actually use
MouRio's visual designer lets process owners compose and modify agents, with engineering reviewing rather than transcribing. Bedrock's surface is the console, the SDK and infrastructure-as-code, which puts engineering in the critical path for every change.
Multi-cloud and multi-model by design
MouRio deploys as containers into AWS, Azure, GCP or your own data centre, and calls whichever models you choose — very much including Bedrock's. Choosing MouRio does not mean choosing against AWS.
Evidence beyond infrastructure logs
CloudTrail tells you an API was called. MouRio's lineage tells you which agent called it, under which policy, with what retrieved context, after whose approval, and what the model was trying to accomplish — which is the question a regulator actually asks.
