UiPath is the established leader in robotic process automation, now extending into agentic automation. Its core strength is executing well-defined, repeatable sequences reliably at very high volume, including against legacy applications that expose no API at all.

RPA meters per robot and per user, so cost scales with how much work you run in parallel — peak load means buying more licences. MouRio is a fixed annual subscription with no metering of any kind, so concurrency, agent count and volume do not change the number.

Exceptions are the point
Rule-based automation covers the happy path and escalates everything else — which is why so much manual effort survives automation programmes. MouRio's agents are built for exactly that residue: reading the unstructured context, reasoning about it and acting within policy, escalating to a human when the policy says they must.
It does not break when the screen changes
Screen-scraped automation is coupled to a UI layout, so a vendor's interface update becomes an outage. MouRio integrates at the API and data layer where one exists, and reasons over content rather than pixel positions where one does not.
Audit that records the reasoning
An RPA log tells you which steps ran. MouRio's lineage records the retrieved context, the model's reasoning, each policy evaluation and every human approval — the evidence a risk function needs when the decision involved judgement rather than a fixed rule.
Business teams can change it
Changing agent behaviour in MouRio means editing a workflow and its policy in the studio, then re-validating in shadow mode. It does not require re-recording an automation or a developer sprint.
